2024-12-09 | roger dugan | Keeps going off so I can't adjust volume. Maybe they are faulty? Keep going back to specsavers, they, work then they stop!!! Have now read some other reviews and it seems that many have the same problem. Not very good for £2k. I am going to try and get my money back and go elsewhere.
2024-11-13 | Clive Ruffle | New to this app but it installed fine and works. What I would like to recommend to the app creators is please allow us to save the settings. Having to set it up every time is a bit naff in this day and age.
2024-11-05 | Matthias Jauch | The app works fine and connects to Bluetooth, so the controls work fine. EXPECT streaming, which is promised for this model (Samsung galaxy s24 ultra), does not work, and neither of the professionals involved were able get streaming working.
2024-11-04 | John De-Hayes | Works well for me. It would be even better if you could add the option to use a smartwatch to control the app. Then I wouldn't have to get my phone out of my pocket to change settings.
2024-10-27 | Gary Virgo | This would have to be one of the worst Apps made, I have to several times a week uninstall, then reinstall to get my Bluetooth working, absolute garbage, waste of a person's time & energy.
2024-10-13 | Rodney Dell | Got hearing aids from s.savers a year ago, they put this app on my phone and all as been fine until a few weeks ago, Now the app is saying my phone isnt compatible, how can it work for a year then tell me it wont work on the phone, This needs to be sorted asap as not happy spending 2k on hearing aids you can no longer turn the volume up or down on. If I could give 0 starts I would as this is annoying and frustrating.
2024-09-24 | John Weeks | The most awful mistake I have made going to spec savers for hearing aids. I have been back numerous times about them one minute they work and you move your head and the right one turns off or left one does the some or they both stop working I'm so frustrated with these. So I'm going to Boots hopefully they won't rip me off.
2024-09-21 | leslie gardner | Rather unreliable attempting to reestablish Bluetooth connection .. in fact in the settings on app I'm discovering Bluetooth option is set to off ??? It's been working OK, and then suddenly this .. grrr
2024-09-04 | Lidia Majger | Useless Given up on this thing. Really hate waiting for Bluetooth over and over again & then only one pairing, if I'm lucky. Really hate having to set up the hearing aids again and again and again. Doesn't know it's Advance. Surely Specsavers could do better.
2024-09-03 | Jef Holdsworth | Edit: Specsavers Advance top-of-the-range aids and Pixel 7a phone. Exasperating. Bluetooth reports both aids connected, app shows disconnected. App won't control volume or report battery status, phone plays music directly to the aids. Back to daily complete restart: clear app data and Bluetooth, and hope. Great disappointment. |
