I have been using P.I A. for at least ten years now, but the last year - especially with very important connections - it stops/disconnects. It's getting worse and I have to constantly reconnect. Is there a fix for this that isn't beta or an optional feature? This shouldn't happen.

Lately, for months now, I'm having issues with disconnections or being connected with no data transferring. Often just trying to connect or reconnect results in no connection no matter what settings I set! Never had this problem before and it's not my base internet connections whether Wi-Fi or phone provider connections. Not sure what's going on but I'm about to switch to another VPN if it doesn't resolve soon.

This service works great on PC, it's less than optimal on mobile. The server connection menu on mobile is completely broken and has been for a long time. The "optimal server" button doesn't work, ping doesn't refresh on the server list, and you have to try 8 different servers to find one that connects. After that hassle, it's generally pretty good at doing the things you need a VPN to do with the exception of the occasional connection drop when moving with the phone, which doesn't have a warning

Wish it still had the built in kill switch but otherwise it's a decent app. The service has been reliable so far. Renewing the service is somewhat of an issue though. You can't see the price before you renew for some reason and the renewal rate isn't always the same. Customer service is good though and they offer a 30 day no questions asked cancellation period.

The best. Have used it for several years now. The kill switch option keeps you safe when the VPN is off, and that frustrates hackers all day. Excellent price for a 3-year contract, unlimited devices, plays videos full HD and probably higher, but I haven't tested that.

Spotty service that auto switches your obfuscation location to london and the combo just makes the mobile useage of PIA annoying. I don't usually have issues with the desktop version, but the mobile needs help. It feels half baked, like why is there the 3 dots on the servers on the main screen if it doesn't bring up a menu and just does the same function as the rest of the button? Why can't I turn off auto server selection and just use what I tell it to use?

I use it on multiple devices. Affordable, easy to use. I have had no issue. I have been using it for over a year. I have now been using this longer than a year since the initial review. I have never been flagged by isp for anything. Cheap and affordable. Speeds are decent enough as well. I have never done anything super illegal that would cause getting time, but never for the letters many have seen from their isp. At least I'd your using a VPN you know what I'm talking about.

Have been using a few years with no problems except Google/Chrome. Google doesn't like not knowing (spying) on your browsing, viewing, shopping preferences. Makes you jump through hoops and endless pictograms before connecting. Would be nice to have a private browser embedded, Google Is a PITA when using the app! The app itself is fantastic!

Just been using it for a few days and it seems reliable. Barely any loss in speed (5 - 8 Mbps). Still learning the desktop version. This one has plenty of settings to work with. Platform has very clear and informative help desk database. So far, I like the simplicity of the software in general, but at the same time it offers enough options for those who are more advanced. I am already enjoying a few of the many features discovered such as automatic connection of fastest server and snoof.

So far so good. Setup is easy and everything is very familiar if you're used to the desktop app. Update 1: Recently the app has been constantly losing connection, then stays in a continious reconnecting loop. Any worse and the app will be unusable. Looking forward to an update. Update 2: suspiciously app no longer crashes after we removed ISP's modem router. Likely issue with ISP and not app.
