Firstly, my camera ends up getting warped to the point where no matter how I turn it, it seems to be tilted in the wrong direction. Second, once i get it back to it's normal view, it doesn't seem to take the picture of my check. Like it can't read it. I am so frustrated right now cause it means I have to drive for miles to my nearest priority one bank, which is like 15 miles away from where I live. UGH! | |

Now I can't even access the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and verified I was correct user on the same device I previously used and it opened and said 'no account info, something went wrong, please refresh. ' I did refresh yet still no account info. I closed the app, then tried to reopen it and it doesn't open at all. It was convenient to use, instead of calling to check account. What happened? | |
