| 2024-12-14 |  | | It is an really fantastic app. The app is extraordinary, peaceful, and truly updated with new features. But everything was seen for the last past couple of months. The problem is that the screen dismeasuring in some point when you want the levels. But there are a few things didn't like it. But it shows that there is a problem and should try again twice. The property ground planing with the high quality of photos. without having to good through the beginning sounds screen once repeated. Thanks. |
| 2024-12-10 |  | | I've had this app for a while and I've attempted to do many surveys. I think I've completed a handful of them and each time I do one, it always says screened out. I can't ever get the full points. I get 1-3 points each time. Im just waiting to get to the point where I can cash out, then I'm deleting this app. Nowhere to contact them either to let them know. |

Until a few weeks ago, Prime Opinion started a 6-7 day challenge (x amount of surveys, x amount of points) since then, I have had nothing but problems with my account-completing surveys at all is the issue. Without it, if all goes ok, I could typically get to the 500 points in a day or two, but now it takes almost a week. I have sent numerous messages about and I keep getting told there's no way to remove it. |

It keeps saving weird stuff to my phone, that is why I left off a star. Denied access to my storage but still does it. Trying to figure that out. |
| 2024-12-01 |  | | A generally great app that allows you to choose your surveys from "best match" to "shortest time" to "most points." I've nearly gained $100 in a month. Sadly, I noticed when there is a deal on the app (i.e. "do 100 surveys within 7 days and get 100 points!!" Which = $1), they start offering surveys that are 10+ minutes at the minimum, and you get timed out of the surveys after completing them, so it doesn't add to your total survey count AND you don't get points. It's a waste of time. Fix that. |
| 2024-11-28 |  | | At first the app started out okay and I got rewarded for each survey I was able to complete. Then when I tried the games, the points were slow but consistent. But now it seems that I am not recieving full credit for all the games I completed. For instance, I am still owed money points for completing milestone levels 300, 600, and 1000 in Traffic Jam Rumble despite my submitting proof with screenshots as required. Unless they pay me for all my hard work, I will start to lose faith in this app. |

Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. Very annoying. Some of the surveys were 28 25 min. Easily could have made 500bpoints but still at 100. So annoyed |
| 2024-11-06 |  | | ZERO STARS! would have given 5 stars. It had a ton of surveys to choose. Actually pays, I cashed out twice for $5 on PayPal in less than 2 weeks and didn't spend much time. However one day I get in, and there's a note Stating there have been several complaints about the quality of my responses and i CAN'T take more surveys FOREVER. I never received ANY communication regarding any issue, no response to emails, and blocked from cashing out the rest of what I've already earned. Bad business! |

I like how surveys are matched, which helps to prevent from being screened out after taking it for several minutes. What will prevent me from continuing to use this app, is the low pay. No one wants to spend 10-15 minutes on a survey for 5-10 points (cents). My time is more valuable than that. |
| 2024-10-21 |  | | Don't waste your time! I got to 500 points and tried to cash out to my PayPal. They sent a verification email to my old email that is on my Google account, that I can no longer access. I contacted them and explained, asking for it to be sent to my current email, which is also on my Google account. I got the runaround and it was never resolved. I haven't had this problem with any other app so don't know why they have to make it so difficult. If I could rate negative stars, I would! |
