Of course they will chose the worst hotel with bad reviews. Now I'm stuck on this hotel for 3 weeks and can't cancel or change it. Don't fall for their scam! | |

I used priceline for years, now with a hotel reservation in ventura county and a sickness / cancelation that got me nowhere. 4 times I contact them, not able to get a refund, or partial refund... they lost my business!! if you can, do your self's a favor, avoid dealing with them, an unnecessary headache, their policy does not cover cancelations because of sickness.... Opened the app to try the express deal again and the price went up to $76. Started a new search and now the price is $96 for the exact selection of hotels. Lost trust with this app. | |
2024-10-17 | Calsie Burnside | Has helped multiple times in saving money on hotels! I always recommend reseting the app, to get more deals advertised to you cause they are more than willing. Trip advisor could never!! I only use this app for hotels, also for anyone being a first timer using these apps, CALL THE HOTEL FIRST BEFORE BOOKING. It's not these websites fault some of these places arnt set up like they imply to accept payment easily through a third party. I've always called and only once had issue, didn't stay there. | |

I had some earbuds (Ultrabands USB-C earbuds, Helix) plugged into my phone, they were working fine. I began downloading the Priceline app, and the moment it finished, they could no longer be recognized by my device. I tried everything, such as restarting my device and deleting the cache and date for USB settings, but nothing worked. Making the connection, I uninstalled Priceline, and it worked | |

My 1st phone call was answered with that the system was unfortunately down and to call back in 30 minutes. I understand that some things are out of people's hands. My 2nd call was answered and I was told that my reservation plans (hotel and rental) could not be canceled together. I could cancel my rental, but not the hotel. In short 5 phone calls & 2 hours of no helpful results. Terrible | |
2024-09-11 | Justin Johnson | As a VIP member that has used them on multiple occasions, I'm very disappointed. They changed the price of the hotel by $5 and continue to advertise it cheaper. They also raised their "fees" by $8 from 1 hour to the next. Found the hotel directly cheaper and sat on the phone for almost 30 minutes to not have them do anything. They offer 20% off the next express deal instead of matching price as advertised. Extremely disappointed- manager said they don't have to honor policy and hung up | |

2024-08-27 | Lauriano Chavez | Decent deal but they screw you by not telling you some places charge a deposit. I went from a 210 car rental (410 after deposit) tp an almost $700 rental bc of this. They can't run cards twice. I had to use a different service. Then I couldn't change my flight even with a charge (rules stated I had 24 hours before my flight (not after purchase)... so I had to buy a whole other ticket. I'll go directly through the airlines next time. Customer service sucked too! No help at all | |
2024-08-27 | Rick Reinberger | I'm a platinum member for the past 3 years & had no problems using Priceline app until a couple of months ago. I got a new debit card from my bank & tried to add a new payment method to my profile but it won't let me. So now every time I book a reservation I have to call customer service & explain my issue. Then they tell me they can't help me but they can call the hotel and book the reservation for me... kind of defeats the purpose of using the app. Fix the glitch & I'd give u 5 stars 🤷♂ |
