I have used this app, and it was great. Then, I kept having issues connecting by account. So, I closed my account. I reinstalled, and they are now saying, "Once you close account, that it's a permanent action, and will not be allowed to ever reopen. I just closed until I could resolve the bank issue, not knowing I would never get to use the app again . Makes absolutely no sense.

Very scammy!! All fake reviews. Do not waste your time or energy on this app! It asks for everything including social Security number to verify, and then gives an error message saying "unable to verify identity" If anyone needs an advance there are several legit ones out there. I recommend Empower. They offer up to $300, and they have excellent customer support. Bottom line, money app is complete BS! 💯
