| 2023-10-11 |  | | It just sucks. Prezi macOS and the app on the Pixel 4a, they don't work together. It's a PITA to connect the remote control and it does not control the videos, you need to go to the computer and grab the mouse. And to be fair, videos don't work on the macOS app neither :-( |

All I have access to after paying is useless tutorial videos and no way create anything because there's nothing there to suggest I can! I didn't know what it was, but I went home, searched, & eventually I found it. & I started to use it...a lot! Every time I'd present, I was guaranteed people would take notice! I finished school in 2012 & went on hiatus from Prezi. & When I returned to Prezi, it had changed. It was focused on videos, & pricing had radically changed! So, no more Prezi! Still, the potential! & Prezi today?—Unimpressive by 2009 standards |

The app didn't recognize my password, even after I changed it, then logged in with the new password from the browser, and then tried the app again. And now, the screen just collapses when I try to sign in, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice, and restarting my phone. |

As a student trying to use this as a paid member due to school recommendations it is very frustrating on top of the assignment related stress. The demos and help resources are unhelpful and not truly geared towards someone with no experience utilizing this type of presentation platform. Many of my classmates refuse to use it because it is very intimidating, not user friendly, and bate trapped with purchase only features. |
