| 2024-10-03 |  | | So I read a review saying that the barcodes have 1 extra number, which is why it's so hard, where is this extra number, which one is the extra number? Love the app, but they make it so difficult to do tasks. Thanks for your reply, the app has gotten better, but I did a 3 dollar task and every arcade I scanned (which was a lot) had already been found. There must be tons of people using this app now. Which is awesome, but also not awesome for others, lol! |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | I used to love this app. I would be able to cash out almost everyday when they had those price check tasks where you took pictures of the items and the prices but those tasks don't appear at all anymore. The tasks they have you do to find certain items in certain stores the barcode number never matches the one in the store when you do find it. It seems the only way to get by on this app is just from doing surveys and those don't appear regularly at all. |

I moved back to a city where we actually have the stores on the list so I was excited to make some extra $. In the larger retail chain stores, I can't find the products. I wandered around our Super Walmart for an hour, I found half the products but nothing that matched the UPC #s. At the Family Dollar I found products that matched every detail exactly... Except the UPC #. Total waste of time. |

It would be greatly beneficial if you could create a digital program for panel members that provides detailed product information. I've explored numerous search engines with the suggested tools from the search request, but I haven't had much success using "UPC" in my searches. However, I want to highlight that I haven't faced any issues cashing out the rewards I've earned from completing surveys. |

The barcodes to find are very difficult. I love that you've brought PayPal back. I love the support team. I like the location validation task. There are surveys occasionally & I like those too. |
| 2024-06-25 |  | | I used it when it first came out and it. It was always worth the time needed to complete. But now I went to 7 stores with several products listed. What few items matched the description , but not the barcode. It's disappointing that an app that started out with a lot of promise is now bad enough that I don't think its worth going out of the way. The replies apologizing for bad experience don't cut it and are frankly pathetic. Take accountability for the mess y'all made if it.. To little to late. |
| 2024-06-22 |  | | This app seems good at first but every time you go to report a problem with the app because it keeps crashing, the app stops disallowing you to attach screenshots, to the problem report please fix immediately I've spent half my day trying to locate things that aren't there walking all over town so I should be compensated. Thank you otherwise great app. |

It should have a section to put comments at the end of each task in case there's a issue you need to address when submitting your task. You have to go in the app & submit a ticket & wait for a response....it would be a lot easier to leave a comment in the task. The task where you have to go to the pin to start is so frustrating. I'm already at the location which is evident plus there's ALWAYS issues & It takes you to random spots in the locations. |

For example, there was this cake that had toppings and stuff to make it look pretty. They wanted me to take a pic of the bottom of this 27 ounce cake as if I could just flip it over. I can't flip a cake over Premise. Do better. |
| 2023-05-20 |  | | Terrible experience. Couldn't find any of the items in any of the stores I went to (and I thoroughly searched barcodes and products). Also item descriptions are given as jumble of abbreviations instead of you guys simply giving FULL name AND a photo. If you gave full name and photos of items, then product would be easier to find. Naming subcategory didn't help, either. Nobody wants to walk all over the store looking for stuff they can't even find. It's a waste of time. This app is useless. |
