Worked great at first. Got all notifications. Then just stopped notifying me all together. Went through all my notifications to make sure it was on. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Someone rings the bell, no notification. Someone dropping a package, no notification. I'm going to be buying a different door camera that will actually work.

I was charged twice this month for the service fee. I cannot find a phone number for them so I can cancel the service. The fees are electronically charged to my Daughter's checking account and she keeps asking me to take it off her card and I don't know how to get in touch with this company.

No notifications. It used to work just fine but all of a sudden the app refuses to send me any notifications. I've sent an hour researching and testing. Nothing. I've reinstalled it, switched it to unrestricted battery use, made sure notifications were on still, I've reset everything, got into the app to see if notifications are on, nothing has worked. Can't have a security camera that doesn't keep you secure.

The app crashes all the time the cameras go off line left and right 0 recordings says it will if you put SD card in but not true I have 4 cameras and none of them record unless you make there expensive price for cloud per device. For what I paid for cameras and service I could have bought 8pack with DVR waste of money and time

Pretty user friendly device & features. Access, control & view from anywhere wirelessly! Easily add multi mobile devices + ❤️ 2way talk feature(Mostly) I like digital thermometer (even tho ain't ever used it) SUGGESTION: ability to adjust/control viewing area. Camera w 4 way motion ↕️↔️. ZERO COMPLAINTS! In use 4 yrs, impressive battery life(recharge every 4-8 wks) Works great in extremely low °F Temps. Used in unheated entryway so out of Rain! Never wet!! Simple & decent app also.

Have to reboot phone all the time to switch between cameras. I've been using this app for multiple years now and have had the same issue on multiple phones. UPDATE: have just bought the premier (pan&tilt). wont connect to 5GHz only 2.4GHz. They are not up front about this. FYI

The app referred to in the user manual "Premier smart sound" for the car FM Bluetooth transmitter PWFMT8 doesn't exist and the QR code in the manual tries to go to a website that won't connect. I saw on the Premier website to use this app instead, but the transmitter isn't detected, and there is no product category for these available in the manual setup section. My phone will connect via Bluetooth, but that's the extent of it. The FM frequency can only be set via the app.

The app and camera were both working fine for about two weeks. The picture is clear and the audio both are fine. However, randomly one day it just started making a cookoo clock noise. Researched it in the FAQ section and it said the camera was offline. Mind you no power outage, no downed internet, and nothing else that would have interrupted it. It has now been two weeks of me trying to get the camera back up and online. I do the EZ & QR mode pair and it times out. Will not connect.

I have good internet and my camera is 5 feet from it, yet its always 75% or less on video. The screen shots never catch people usually a persons getting out of the frame by time it snaps. Its spotty and glitches when I try to watch it live. I can not talk through it as it does not work, comes out glitching and you can't understand anything. Not worth the money honestly. Going to get a whole new camera from different company & toss this one.

It works just fine for my family, but mine not so much. I've been trying to connect to the camera for more than 20 minutes and every time it fails. It says failed to establish encrypted channel all the time. I restarted, changed the wifi and phone settings, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, and it's still the same result. does it not work on other devices or is there another issue with my phone?( it's a Samsung S6 Edge by the way ). All of it's features works really well while we were testing it. I just want to know how or what i need to do to fix this issue. It be much appreciated
