2024-11-21 | Kate Lawless | I'd give this app 5 stars if the following improvements were made: 1) A more seamless experience between mobile and desktop A. The photo editing process is difficult, as editing features on mobile differ from desktop. B. Filtering for sizes works ok on the mobile app, but on desktop it's infuriating because the filter simply doesn't work. 2) Buyers need more than just 3 "my size" options, as sizing varies between brands, and there are 2 ways to size items (Medium or Size 12, for example).
2024-11-20 | Veronica Kruczkiewicz | There's been an influx of spam messages and accounts as well as a huge botting problem. Tell me why I have 20+ followers all with the same account name (it's literally an ! exclamation mark). I've seen someone else mention this but seller fees are also really high compared to other platforms. Its discouraging as seller to list items $10 and less because because the seller fees end up taking half of the revenue. Shipping is probably the only thing they seemed to get right on this site.
2024-11-20 | Cassie Shotkoski | Beware of Poshmark policies when in live shows. I accidentally hit the "bid" button instead of the "send message" button. The seller "forgot" to cancel the order and shipped the package to me even though I did not want the item. Now I am out $30. I went back and forth with support who basically told me I have no rights in the situation and bids are binding. Also the notifications are jumbled and can be hard to find where your important messages are.
2024-11-17 | Emily | An item was sent to me that I did not order, "Like", or want. There was no notification that I had placed such an order, just that it had being delivered. I don't know if this is a process issue, fraud, or an honest mistake. What I do know is that there isn't a way to resolve the issue. I contacted the company and the response is essentially a chat bot Fortunately, my son really likes the coat but unfortunately, I can't use Poshmark any more.
2024-11-16 | Jesska Layne Herfst | This app has changed and it's basically not worth it anymore. With all the fees, it's usually cheaper to just buy the items new or on Amazon. Customer support is slow or non responsive. It used to be a cool place to find deals and now people are listing products that are actually MORE money, with longer shipping and less support than original websites. Such a bummer. Used to be a fun site. Won't be using anymore.
2024-11-14 | Christopher Wilson | Very well might be a nice app I wouldn't know as am sick and tired of the loads upon loads of notifications it thinks they have to send. A couple a day is fine. But a 3-10 every single hour. Overkill. Yes, I know I can turn off notifications but then the rare times when a good deal is happening I would miss it or when a seller offers me a private deal. So to me, the app is not worth it at all. I'll take my business elsewhere! Uninstalled.
2024-11-10 | Amber Collins | All my notifications are off this still happens... The notifications on this app need cleaned up so badly. Selling is a nightmare unless you have a pc. I should be able to have a special notification tab just for my closet so i can interact easier with buyers. Instead of 100 plus notifications for random accounts styling me and inviting me to posh shows and overloading me with offers for engaging with them. Its way too overwhelming. I really wanna like poshmark but it is definitely a nightmare.
2024-11-06 | Ki Ki | I've been selling on posh for two years and it's disappointing in many ways. The fees are steep, the site is flooded with counterfeit merchandise that they willfully turn a blind eye to since they profit from the sales, and support will absolutely always side with the buyer so don't even bother opening a dispute. Also shipping is ridiculously expensive for buyers at $8 minimum for even very small and inexpensive items which seems kind of crazy to me
2024-11-04 | Randy | In addition to the couple dozen push notifications they automatically turn on for you, note that making an account will automatically subscribe you to 23 different types of emails you have to toggle off individually. What a scammy and underhanded way to completely annoy your customers. Deleting the app specifically because of this. This is shady and backhanded, who knows what else they automatically opt you into.
2024-10-28 | Angela Durgin | They changed the fee structure without notice for buyers and sellers. Between this and at the addition of live shows this app is no good anymore for either buyers or sellers. I hope they rethink their decision. UPDATE 10/28/24. they DID rethink their decision. Only three stars because it is very difficult for my listing to seen in the search feature in this app. |
