| 2024-02-05 |  | | Really disappointed with the new rewards system, it's was incredibly convenient to just have the barista scan your loyalty but now we have to give our phone number every single time ans that's if they remember to ask/if we remember to give it. No one is going to be using the loyalty as much as they used to. |

| 2022-01-18 |  | | UPDATE - After contacting the company they worked very diligently to resolve the issue, and the app works perfectly now. Leaving for context DON'T INSTALL - OVERCHARGES YOU!!!!!! The app is always overcharging. I have reported this issue to the developer and we'll see what happens, but in the mean time DON'T USE!!! |

Everytime I try to download and use this app to order ahead, it'll download but when I log it never makes it to the next screen as the neverending circle of loading just continues to spin and spin, never taking me to the next page of menu to place an order! **Update** 5/21 App STILL doesn't open. Just keeps spinning the loading circle forever! I've contacted the developer and all they do is ask the same questions with no resolution, obviously. I see I'm not alone w/same issue! |
