2024-11-26 | John Bennett | This is a decent rotation and definitely a workout. As a fairly fat man, which the app knows, there is no way some of these rotations can be done correctly at 7 minutes. I have 80 seconds of plank, 30 crunches, and 30 bird dogs. If done as described, that 80 seconds plus a minimum of 30 seconds, plus a minimum of 150 seconds for a total of 260 seconds. That's 160 seconds for the other 5 exercises, switching, and resting. Undoable even if one is in shape. Exhaustion question doesn't do anything
2024-11-15 | Chico Wilkerson | This app provides a simple, fun,and intense workout plan that you can do anywhere with and/or without equipment. It gives you timed intervals, allowing you to push yourself past your comfort zone. This app gives you the exercises, techniques, and plans to get in great shape. All you have to provide is the desire and hard work, and put in the time to get the results you're looking for!!!
2024-08-25 | Tai Strange | The app is the simplest way to get in your daily cardio, bodyweight, and general wellness. I use it for four circuits of the classic, five days a week. Being 33, I'm in better shape then some of my friends in their 20s. I don't build mass, but if you have functional strength, you don't need it. Function over form. I'm 6'1 160ish pounds. I only wish it had the option of the modified versions of certain things I do, like Tyson pushups and burpees.
2024-01-25 | Jeremiah Kamerer | Clean, simple, great app. I can't believe how much weight I have lost (plus eating low carb) and how tone I have become by simply putting in 7-10 minutes a day (everyday). Ads are not annoying and typically at the end of workout, therefore they don't disrupt going straight to the workout when I open the app.
2024-01-18 | Eric Fierro | Not a very good app if you want to get in shape and/or don't have a full workout area set up. Exercises require some set up, you have 5 seconds to go from pushups to finding a chair to climb on to finding a clear wall to squat against, and if you need to pause for any reason you have to watch ads if it pauses and doesn't just cancel the whole routine. It also does not take personal factors into any consideration. Bad back, knees, shoulder? Too bad. Do jumping jacks, or tricep lifts etc...
2023-11-04 | Charmaine Tincher | As simple as 7 minutes to exercise a day sounds, it is quite challenging and rewarding at the same time. There are different variations of programs to assist you in any area you wish to focus on. Plus I love the tracking system to encourage n show your improvement and you can do these right in the comfort of your home anytime you have a spare 7 minutes a day. My friend that shared this with me..we keep each other accountable which makes it fun to let each other know..hey I did my 7 minutes
2023-05-10 | Scrawl Knight | Overall, this is a good workout app, especially the 7 minute format, which has a good variety of exercises (though they're the same every day). The 30 day workout plans are not so good. There's more exercise variety, but you can't preview plans, so you have to guess what level you're at and then find out if that was a good choice days later. Difficulty also = amount of reps, so today on Medium Plan 1, I had to do 80 lunges (2 kinds). Really boring and there's no options to customise the plans.
2022-12-15 | George Tziolas | This is a really good app dont get me wrong but the scalability of it is a bit off for me (the exercises get too hard too quick, and it should be modified by my feedback every time i complete a workout, which it isn't). I therefore end up doing about 100 squat exercises the first day and 120 the next on medium 1. It is really taxing on abs and legs and not so much on upper body. Otherwise a good idea but poorly implemented. It exudes an overall feeling of abandonment from the devs.
2022-12-06 | Tim Foster | Great app! I've been using it off and on since it came out years ago. Getting the motivation to work out is hard and I honestly don't like doing it but I know my body needs it. I really like this app because it's the fastest workout I've seen so far, it's go at your own pace (more so do as much as you can within the time limit) and it seems to encompass a little bit of everything (cardio, arms, legs, abs). All of it can be done at home too just before work, dinner, etc.
2022-11-28 | Ken Kathy Fredette | I'm a 74-yr-old female. Have been using this app for over a year now & seeing good results. My doctor who told me about the app, reminded me that it's not only strength training but other things like balance. I enjoy this more than weight machines at the gym because I can do it daily in the comfort of my home during all seasons & types of weather & on my schedule!! 👍👍 |
