2021-02-20	Shawna	Same as everyone else having a problem connecting to printer. Super annoying I printed 30 photos a week or two ago. Now it will not connect. Have tried everything, mobile data, wifi, restarting phone, reinstalling the app, clearing bluetooth cache, going to call on Monday to see if they can help sort it out. There is clearly a problem with this app with so many people having the same issue!
2020-11-25	Nadia Adnan	This app stinks. It worked when i first bought my printer about 6 months ago. Now the app does not find my printer. I've tried a reset on the device, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've restarted my phone. I don't know what else to do. Is there a better app to use with the mint printer? I'd hate to have to return it because of the app. Update: i reached out to customer service and they responded with a fix that actually worked. I just hope i don't have to do it every time.

I was so excited to get the device and print little pictures and yet the app won't connect to the printer. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because now I'm stuck with a device that can't even work:'( EDIT: got it to work apparently you need to have location and bluetooth on. once you get it working its not bad. some prints come out a little fuzzier then I expected but my guess is the lighting used in the picture.

The app installed without any issue but when we tried to print a photo, a message appeared that I must install the new firmware update before printing. I tried numerous times to install the firmware update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it keeps spinning and spinning until the printer times out and disconnects. We've spent hours with no resolution. Please fix this! Update: tried again a few days later and the firmware update worked!
2020-08-05	James C	Buggy and not usable with Google photos or Dropbox photos. Hard to print any but recent shots. It does have a Google photo integration, but wants waaaay too many account permissions it doesn't need. This smacks of greed. It doesn't work with Dropbox photos. And you can't send a photo to this app from another app using share ( literally every other allows this). Poorly thought-out and seemingly dishonest thanks to the permissions -scraping.

But when I hit the print button, it doesn't and says I need to update firmware, except it won't let me and there's no other option available to update it.

My boyfriend got me this as a super cute gift, I was super excited to use it and I'm not even sure if it's the printer or the app bc i can't even try it since the app keeps saying that it needs a firmware update and every time i try to update it just sends me to a loading screen. One time it finally said that I had too slow of connection but my internet is working just fine. Also none of the links work that they give you.
2020-07-28	Elaine Huang	UPDATE: if you have an apple product available (iPhone/iPad), go ahead and do the firmware update through those devices & go back to print with your Android device. I don't understand why after so many reviews and complaints from customers that this app isn't working, IT IS STILL NOT WORKING? The app keeps saying my printer is connected, but the moment the firmware is being updated, for some reason it'll keep telling me to make sure my printer is connected.

But as many others have stated, I cannot connect the printer. Bluetooth on my phone finds the printer, and it connects for a second, maybe two, but will never connect again. App never finds the printer. SOOOOO disappointed! 😞 PLEEEEEEASE FIX IT!

My expensive printer which is perfectly functional but rendered useless by the inability to connect to anything except for maybe once every 50 times I do a cycle of closing and reopening the app, turning the printer on and off. This is in spite of being fully updated and charged. OH, and it disconnects fairly quickly as well, so you better not spend any time editing that image, because your printer will disconnect and shut off before you're done....
