Issues with android 15 ? Since updating my Google pixel 6 from android 14 to 15 I can no longer set the hours and minutes when I try to "charge now" Tried the app on a Samsung phone running android 14 & it's fine, also on a old Samsung S7 = fine. Otherwise the app is ok, it's "functional". Anyone else having this android issue since updating ?

You can not trust it to work. Sometimes it works; more often it does not. Sometimes a 'unplug/on-off-on/plug back in' works, but increasingly not. Charging at home should be easy! So bad I can't believe they sell it. Really bad.

Was a great app until two step verification arrived! This is nothing but a pain! Been told a way of disabling it but it is always there when I want to use it.

Keep making changes that make topping up harder, now if you slip into a negative balance you have to pay off the negative balance before you can top up instead of just deducting the negative balance from the amount you top up. So you end up having to process two payments just to charge. And minimum top up is now £10, they need to introduce a pas as you go pay per change system like everyone else uses instead of this top up system which is now outdated vs all the other charging companies.

Don't bother. -App is rubbish. You have to top up with pre pay like a pho e fro. The 90s -Chargers are broken. The destination charger have a 100% filter rate for me. -Customer serves are useless. They pretend it's your car or your cable or anything other than their chargers that are at fault And they do t give you a refund when you ask. Terrible, terrible App company and network. Avoid.

It does work and I was able to charge the car but it is the worst EV charging app I know. Please have a feature to allow you to start and end the charge from the app and see how long you have been charging and how much you have spent. In others words - sort your app out it is rubbish.

Really poor app.Why do tesco use this one? There's no info about charge progress. Try to sell irrelevant stuff too much. Difficult to search for available chargers. The Chademo that I tried was US when I arrived. The 7kW only gave 3kW. Not good enough.

Charger didn't work and not clear if you ever needed the app. Either way, uselessly just said it was already allocated. Person next to me couldn't charge either.

Forces you to use 2FA to actually charge your car, but says it's "optional". Requires you to use mobile 2FA which is poor practice rather than an authenticator TOTP token, so they can get your phone number too so that more of your personal details will leak in the event of a hack. Not to mention, you need to use this app because they refuse to integrate with a card reader on charge points or other charge card schemes e.g. Motability Go

Absolutely useless. Plugged in to point to find its not on their map. Tried to call in, spent 10 mins on hold as #1 in queue...had to give up. Tried to log issue retrospectively and seems impossible as they force you to self serve knowledge. Perfect example of automation gone wrong. Ultimately, end to end experience painful and pointless. Would give 0 stars if possible.
