I don't advise using this app. Myself and my son opened two different accounts, each with his own official papers, and because of that, they refused to transfer our money. Their "security team" said it is a duplicate account!!!! I tried to explain it but they insisted on their baseless conclusion. So, if you as a family planning to use it then I don't think this is going to be a good idea.

I currently have $44 in my account, but whenever I attempt to withdraw, the only payment options that appear are wallets. The payment method I originally used to deposit—my verified MasterCard—does not appear as a withdrawal option. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so I can withdraw using my preferred method.
