Additionally, it let's me know when junk files need to be deleted off my device and I just love it! It also reminds me when I need to restart my phone as in these times and days all help is needed to staying safe and secured as available. |

U.S. Cellular said that would not happen again with this insurance and app. 23 month later get email & pop up from app stating time for Samsung Check Up & Less than 1hr later phone crashed. We have contract Assurant mailed us stating we have Advanced Protection. I download app on new phone, no restore or backup option in app. Tech support says we only have 14 day free trial. Everything lost |
| 2020-02-01 |  | | Not very happy with this app right now.It never finds viruses ect. but when I installed another app they found a couple viruses.I've also been trying to update this app all morning and all my other apps will update except this one now I have uninstalled this app & reinstalled it so let's see if that works 🤔 The only reason that I had reinstalled this app is because I was told by US Cellular whatever apps comes with my phone has to stay otherwise my phone will malfunction 😠|

| 2019-10-17 | | | Until recently I never thought about this app.It was always working in the background .Then I got malware on my phone and I had to do a factory reset to remove the malware because the malware wasn't recognized by the app.and couldn't remove it. .Now that was done I tried to recover my backup data to restore.There wasn't any . The data that I backed up was deleted and there was no way to recover what I had backed up to the app. That being said, I was lucky I used Google to backup my data prior to all this.That is really the only problem I have had to deal with . I have had this app ever since it was available .Overall I would say this app performs better than the majority of security apps . There is Malware that will get by the best security software out there .So I will use this app for my phone security. |
