| 2024-11-24 |  | | Bug filled, my main issue is every time I try to play an episode of anything it errors, and then I have to press play again, but once that happens the ability to continue watching the next episode after the first finishes goes away, making it so I have to go back the the shows season and press the next episode, which then errors again and the process restarts. If this bug was fixed it would be an easy 5 stars but it ruins the app for me. |

I used to watch every day I tried for a week to find a way to contact customer service but there's nothing on their app |

I don't mind the ads much and it's nice when they give you the timer ⌛, I Don't 😡like that some ads are sooo loud 📢 ⁉️ You have your show set at the right volume and then BAM 🥁📯🫨🫨🙉🙉 Yet this has always been the case. Not the app's fault it's the company that produces the product on the ad. Call that company and tell them to stop. Not every ad is that way. Or just don't buy their products. |

Artwork sometimes never loads, even after trying serveral times. Items will sometimes take a whole minute to begin playing with no obvious reason for the delay, even for fully compatible files that get played directly. |

And the lower price these days, you know, people are going most likely. Choose the better value with that being said you offer things. | 2024-11-19 |  | | Overall my experience has been Plex is less annoying than any of the others from Sling to Pluto and many in-between. I Wish Plex would allow movie searches by title. The selection offered is quite thin and I'm not really interested in TV. But I'm a movie buff and OLD horror/chainsaw/slasher flicks is the greater body of films offered. If you're interested Plex, please allow us a rejection button to clear out the chaff. |

I went back to my home page and the stuff I was watching wasn't on my display. I made sure the connection was good and it was. I cleared the captcha and check the app on Google play store. But it won't let me finish watching knots Landing or return my display of shows am currently watching. I swear am about to delete the app. For a free app it sure is making things hard |

The app doesn't turn off my lock screen, which means the screen goes dark while I try to watch. The video playback has loading issues. Rewinding will trigger an ad. The ad becomes an interference when you're trying to rewind back to a specific part of an episode. |

All manner of new streaming options and 'features' have been added to Plex, yet the app remains broken to the point that I can't reliably stream my own content, the entire reason for my purchase years ago. Update 11-13-2024: the new update no longer even recognizes that my media server exists, even when on my home network. It recognizes my downloads and even my history, but outright refuses to think that my sever might exist. Brilliant. |
