Payouts for challenge games should be relative to your level. Currently worthless for players at the higher levels. Need option to turn them off or opt out as they are a nuisance. Coin packages are still way too expensive. Fun games but the losing streaks and having to spend major bucks to play is no fun. Games are supposed to be fun. Please make this game fun.

Reward redemptions now require you to spend more money (read fine print) and cruises are one way tickets because they are discounted cruise itineraries that you're better off purchasing on your own. With Sweepstakes, you will end up paying more in taxes and fees (read fine print). App very glitchy, lots of bugs.

Great games, the best one online. I'm having trouble on all three devices. On my phone it keeps taking my credit, and tickets. When I go to collect I may 1,000 or more then it's gone next time. My ticket I had was 20,000 now it goes anywhere from 1 to 400 at any given time. This has been going on for a week. It started when I had around 998,000. I thought the update would fix it , No. After I updated my other 2 device's I can't even get on them. Please help. Thanks oh it put me back to new.
