Facing issue first time installed in mobile. Not allowing to go to next step "hold 5&6 dino for 3 mins" nothing can be done...any assistance

My grandson loves the app. However I'm very disappointed it isn't compatible with Amazon fire for kids. I bought the device specifically for that purpose.
