2024-12-16 | Maxwell Satoshi | Streets of Rage 4 is a great game. This port, however, is terrible. Playing with the normal d-pad in this game is terrible. Trying to double tap to perform a run or blitz attack is klunky. Sometimes double tapping works, a lot of times it doesn't. There's unecesessary changes done to character combat mechanics such as certain properties getting removed from certain attacks (i.e. OTG getting removed from blitz attacks that are present in the base game). Don't buy.
2024-12-15 | LøstKos | The game is great, the only big issue I have is that it's really hard to input combos, as someone who plays fighting game a lot missing an input mid combo is really annoying. Any attack that has a directional input is really a hit or miss. Other than that it's a great port
2024-12-02 | David Valishvili | Purchased the full version. The game was perfect, but now it isn't responding on my Samsung S24 Ultra. After the game launch it crashes on a black screen after loading the content. Reinstalled the app many times, cleared cache, but nothing helped.
2024-12-02 | Manish Pattnaik | Great. A wonderful and a faithful port available on Mobile. The wait was worth it. The DLC is also fantastic. Having a blast playing it. Easy to learn but hardto master. From my point of view, It's the number 1 beat them up game available on the Play Store. The plot, gameplay, graphics, content are just phenomenal. Thank you the the developers as well as the publishing team for their hardwork and dedication towards this game. To further support the team, I have bought the DLC too. God bless.
2024-10-29 | Benny Childrous | So I bought this game awhile ago, and every time I try to play it, it crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times. So now I mus say i really wish we could figure out what the problem is. It has worked a few times but as long as It's been since I got it, this seems like my money was wasted. 3 stars just bc I have always loved the series since I was a little kid. 5stars if problem is fixed.
2024-10-23 | Silent Watcher | Some months ago, I refunded this game. It was laggy even on low & the combos aren't responsive (e.g. blitz). Then, I saw this huge update actually being brought to mobile. So, I bit the bullet & try it once more. No performance issues on high settings, and finally the combos are registered. Finish all the tutorial on touchscreen, no problem. If you're interested in beat 'em up, grab this one. Pls fix : Every once in a while, the game will crash/hang on startup and only fixed by a phone restart.
2024-10-20 | blaze | this game is awesome and one of the best games of all time with the dlc included, all of the characters are amazing to play and there is so much to learn, so many combos you can do is unimaginable, it's a challenging game and i love it down to it's core, sot series is one of the classics and is a masterpiece.
2024-09-30 | Matt Moss | This game is ok for $7 but it really struggles to keep a gamer interested. It crashes constantly. Don't bother getting the Mr X Nightmare, the game won't let you get past level 10 until it will keep telling you it isn't responding. Other than that you will often give up trying to play the game at all because it crashes over and over and over again on startup. DotEmu really don't make the greatest mobile games, always a lot of hassles to have to put up with.
2024-09-20 | Samir Bhatti | Game fails to startup if you mobile data is too slow; better to turn network off to force offline mode. Survival mode always freezes after completing stage 29 (later on I'm finding that it's now random) - app crashes and all points and character progression is lost, making new unlocks frustrating to achieve. My app and OS is up to date - running on Pixel 8 Pro
2024-09-10 | Fugwah Fugi | Absolute quality. Played the first two back on Master System and Mega Drive back in the 90's. Streets Of Rage 4 brings the series into the modern age of gaming whilst preserving everything great about the series and serving up extra goodness, what a polished product and port to mobile. Instantly bought the DLC which did not disappoint. Controls are good and game runs well on my PocoX3. Well done to all involved in this gem of a title. I Might have to grab this on Steam as well... |
