I have never reviewed a game because I haven't played a game in a loooong time that made me WANT to. This game is a small masterpiece. Deceptively simple but with depth, and complexity, and lots to discover. Don't let the graphics fool you, the game is gold. The art is beautifully done and sets the scene of the game nicely; I just wish there was more! I understand that this is a small game probably made on a small budget, but this uniqueliteral interpretation of a gameplay loop demands a sequel!

I've reviewed this version before but that was when I played it for free. I've even played it before on other platforms like PC and Switch, and after buying the full version here I have to say that this is my preferred way of playing this now! The pick up and play nature of this game lends itself extremely well to the smartphone format imo. So do yourself a favor and play this game, either for free with limited options or buying it for the full experience, you won't regret it either way!

Pretty cool but they need to do more to eliminate some of the tedium of placing tiles during loops. It's especially bad on mobile, and it really brings the gameplay to a crawl having to make minute placement decisions every few seconds. There also needs to be a quick toggle for pausing after battles. I don't mean the pause button, I mean the option to automatically pause after every battle or keep looping, which shouldn't be buried in the settings. That should be selectable during gameplay.
