Stripe account balance still shows the amount being sent to our bank account on file but the date keeps changing and still shows funds sent to bank $0.00. Back an forth for 6 months now. Where is my money siting at. |

They kept each transaction with only refunding the smaller amount of transactions to customers but somehow the larger one almost 300 dollars isn't being refunded they are holding it for verification purposes and won't do anything to resolve issue for 4 months they've had a hold they have no number and won't provide one and emails are very unhelpful and only some one apologizing promising to get to it and never does, I'm disgusted at this company! |

After reading through many of the reviews, I wanted to say this; I have never seen where an app developer or customer service responds to every single review! However ever since I started using it in a hurry at an event as I needed to take credit cards, tons and tons and tons of $10 transactions from credits cards I've never seen before are ROLLING in. I have no idea what's going on. Now they say my tax info is wrong. I think the app is a scam and by me putting my info in it's stealing from my account. I sent an email to support but I am super concerned. |

All developers do not make updates as it screws up up the app usability. After 3 times reinstall started to work. So would like when updating would be causing less trouble |

I login to my Stripe account, can see that I am logged (appears at the top of the Connect screen, and yet I never gain access to any other screen. What am I missing? |

I'm in NZ and use the app for selling at markets etc, but also just discovered the 'payment request' function so I can collect payment from remote customers too. Superb. Shout out to David on the support desk. Awesome app. |

If you had a single product that was the same price, this is for you but if you have multiple products, you would have to add everything then input it in for the charge. The customer wouldn't even know what was purchased since nothing can be itemized. They tried to make this app convenient with new technology but the extra steps on basics adds time. Missed the mark on what a POS does! |
