Wasn't able to schedule post one thing!! Why have you regressed?? This app should be better than ever after all these years! Very disappointed! |
| 2024-06-03 |  | | Several of my posts fail on a consistent basis. This was happening for at least a few months even though I paid for the subscription. When speaking with customer service (email only) they've stated if there's a "blackout" with the platforms API then posts will fail. However, despite these blackouts, I haven't had any issues with other services. If you want to use this for carousels and regular posts then it's fine. But look elsewhere to post your reels/TikTok content. |
| 2024-05-23 |  | | I like the concept and interface but it's painfully glitchy. it keeps disconnecting my insta, then when I try to reconnect it it either doesn't work bc it says my account is already connected, or when I hit the "tap to fix" button that it shows it tells me to upgrade my membership to connect a second insta. it's the same Instagram account! it's functionally useless. |
| 2023-12-23 |  | | Its okayish. It takes several seconds to load (5 to 10, maybe more). It's super buggy. Dragging pictures always reloads the thing and does not update the new position... For it to kind of work you need to drag just a bit, not to the begining, refresh and then do it again. Not even the form for reporting things works properly. |

I tried contacting customer support through the app, but I get an error there too. So I went to the website but do not see any option on there to contact support. And now it's auto posting stories that it says failed to upload to planoly. The toggle is not set to autopost so I can't even change this. Worthless app now. |

DO NOT USE THIS APP! It used to be great, and now it's useless. This app has made my life so much simpler! I only have to figure out what to post one day a week instead of every day! I just wish the auto-post option didn't glitch as much as it does! Cause it's a pain to get it working right again when it stops! |

Just use the free version because I question the motives of the company as a whole because their business practices are less than ideal. They don't email to remind you that your subscription is about to renew, which is really inconvenient if you subscribe to a yearly plan and their customer service is non-existent. If you're going to pay for an Instagram planner, PLANN is a better alternative. |
| 2021-11-15 |  | | I wanted an app to help me schedule a few pins using photos Pinterest did not show when creating pins on my site. Very easy to use. I tried another but it cannot log into my Pinterest account. I was easily able to log in with Planoly. I have the free plan and choose my 30 pictures carefully. I do not use them all, but they are still in the library the following month. Once a photo is used, it is removed from the library. Overall, good scheduler for Pinterest business account. |

I only rarely get push notifications, even though they're turned on, which sometimes leads to me forgetting the post. Otherwise, it's not a bad platform! |

My Facebook account got disconnected and won't reconnect, it does not allow to auto post videos and carousels; it just sends a post reminder, which is not advertised at all when they're trying to get you to buy it. The exclusive features are not at all worth the money. |
