2024-11-04 | Austin M | I subscribed to this app to find out renders cost extra in addition to the subscription. The AI moves walls, removes windows, adds windows, makes things that are not real, etc. all without asking it to do so. It has a mind of its own and not in a good way. After an hour of my subscription, I wanted out. One of the reasons I signed up was because they advertised 14 day money back no questions asked. They refused to refund or work with me in any way.
2024-10-13 | Артём Алексеевич (DethB4Dishonore) | I mean, app is great. I am designing down to the floor joists of where each item should go. But I am losing patience. The room feature is completely busted. You grab a wall and it knocks the entire wall out of 90° cornering. There is no way to fix this because if you snap it back into 90°, all of the other walls adjust by a quarter inch and throw the entire room off measurement. When you slightly shift a wall over, it adjusts walls on the other side of the room which is super frustrating.
2024-08-15 | Josephine Sutton | Really not a fan of this site. I had the option of paying way too much for a short time or way too much, but slightly less, for a year subscription. They told me it would auto renew in a year, so I set it on my calendar to cancel. I try to log back in, it takes me way too long to figure out how to do it, they then proceed to demand I download their app rather than letting me use the browser. And after all that, I cannot find a place to cancel my plan. I better not see a charge to my card!
2024-08-13 | ComOneMaybe | I really enjoy this app! I've been using it for more than a year now. Has lots of features to make unique house designs. Over the last three months the mobile 3-D setting has weird buggy issue where the walls are glitchy. It shows the outer wall of the adjacent wall on the inside wall next to it. Wish that would be fixed.
2024-08-02 | Jean McC | I appreciate the reach out. The app is better than the browser so now it's installed on my tablet. I've figured some things out so it partly might be a learning curve. Since this is for an office move, I wish there was a little more for office furniture including cubes. Overall, It looks like it's going to do what I need even if it may be slightly unconventional methods.
2024-06-16 | Becca Wildel | 2024 and still using it. LOVE IT!!! Back up to 5 stars. Whatever the problem was it went away and I can load my plans again. I've been doing Planner 5D since about 2015 and, other then a recent issue I have been VERY VERY PLEASED. The cost of the full catalog is WELL worth it. I highly recommend this app. For me doing this as just a hobby it is definatly better then the old paper, pencil and template ways. 💙💙💙💙
2024-06-05 | TheEclipsedLock | I wish the walls could be recorded in just total inches viewable from the app, not automatically converted to feet. Also, when I put in exact values for walls, it skews to some decimal point or some random value and I need to keep putting in the exact value for it to stay. Also, if you get a "free" trial and attempt to change furniture dimensions, a popup screen for money will keep coming up and annoy you. What a hassle, but I guess that's how they make money.
2024-01-09 | Kaela Koupe | I've been trying to find a decent app where I can design the rough blueprint of the home were about to start building on. This one seemed great, but there's no easily findable instructions, no labels on any of the buttons and no.option to undo anything. So it's useless unless you KNOW the app through and through. I also wish I could see the interior instead of birds eye
2023-02-10 | Lauren Reynolds | I don't have the premium, but I was still loving the app. Especially doing the contest layouts. Up untill the last contest with designing kitchen. Normally I have a wide range of things to choose from. This time I couldn't even make a whole kitchen look at least a little decent. I think during contest we should get more things to use. I understand that premium would get even more because they're paying for more.
2022-05-18 | Elvis Ingram | Great Idea for an app but the user friendliness is a bit lacking and the appliances and designs are limited. To choose many of the offered appliances, door sizes, window, ect....It makes you watch an ad for almost every thing you do or select. After watching 3 ads it then makes you stop for a full hr before you can continue with your creation. You can avoid the ads if you purchase the app. Terrible business model. I dont recommend. |
