For years, as a loyal customer, I would salvage over the variety of unique and creative photo gifts they offered. Genuinely pleased with the affordability and quality until this year. The prices are far too high for rather plain and drab blocks of material with a photo slapped on. I was disappointed that they cut down on the creativity of their products as well as jumped prices way up. You used to be able to adjust the photos before they went to checkout, but now you can't even do that!

Your process to pay for an order inside the app is totay bad and frustrated, it give you the option to pay with PayPal it jumps to the browser to process the form of payment then return to the app to finalize the cart, but it lost the link to return to the cart, instead to the home page of the app. I try to do it again and it does the same all over again, so I decided to remove this app, it is really bad and lost company credibility.

Some of the items to create are not super user friendly. No way to crop, resize an image to fit etc. I spent over 3 hours trying to put together a pillow for my sister. 18 photos and it wouldn't let you simply swap photos to rearrange. You have to start over from scratch. For attempting to create this endearing gift I became quite frustrated and disappointed with the app. Time to start looking at other apps.
