2024-11-28 | David Hayes | Hello! I was unable to find a support email in regards to a bug that I found within the app. When you're about to clean temp. App files, it gives you the option to CANCEL/CLEAN. Well, if you press cancel it will continue to clean anyway. Just wanted to bring to your attention. (S22+ latest OS) I would recommend this app, it helps keep your phones cache to a minimum. Application Cache builds up TOO fast, this app helps you solve that problem.
2024-11-20 | Rich Landskron | I lost my free upgrade after updating app (it will not let me elaborate) UPDATE: My phone is virtually unusable without the upgrade. It has now been 18 days and no update. I guess I will have to uninstall and find another program that will allow me to use my phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CCLEANER which I have been using on phone for 8 years and on PC for around 15 years.
2024-11-13 | Jeff Harmon | EDIT: I've used the free version for years, decided to upgrade to Pro in order to avoid the ads. Big mistake. There's a problem with the pricing. The in-app price for an annual subscription was supposed to be $11.99/year, but I was charged $11.99/MONTH. In-app price is $7.99/YEAR as of 11/13. I contacted the vendor & Google Play Store support; neither of them would help. Canceled after the first month. NO customer service, dropped to 1 star.
2024-11-10 | Rob P (Relentless) | Have been a five year BASIC (free) user, every Android, Windows 10 32/64. Much more than a cleaner, optimizer, which it DOES superbly. Now REALLY pushing Premium services for a modest fee. It is impossible to run BASIC any longer: App keeps badgering me to pay for premium, disabling the cleaner in android COMPLETELY!
2024-10-27 | Andy Heath | What a piece of garbage. Worked good the first time then it went through the motions but didn't clear most of the caches it went to. It left behind 100s of Meg's of cache. My whole purpose in downloading it was to clear my cache out but this takes up more room than it clears. It's faster just to clear my caches manually. What a disappointment!!!
2024-10-21 | LuckyLeafeon | Used to be free. Then they added membership, where you have to watch an ad to use the cleaning service. That's fine. Now even if I watch the ad, it still won't clean. I select what I want cleaned and hit the button for it to start cleaning, the next page tells me I've already watched the ad, then I press the button to continue with clean and it brings me right back to the selection screen. Doesn't work at all. Greedy. Edit: reinstalled as suggested. It locked me out of MORE features. Just evil.
2024-10-18 | Zahr P. | I know this app on both PC and phone for decades, and I've never commented until now, because how this recently updated CCleaner app of this phone, I've been trying to do thorough cleaning by watching ads first, but after it, it never goes thru it doing its job. I said, three times (means six ads I watched futilely!!!!) I had to repeat it today: force close app, clear CCleaner cache, redone its perms, and what else. Dumb and frustating. EDIT: Deep clean now is considered PREMIUM, can't do ads.
2024-10-16 | M. Mickey Payne | Nice racket you are running on Google play. Once you sign up for this app, Google won't let you delete it without you paying money for it. Then Google says oh you can't cancel it until 2025. I laid down my credit card on my phone several months ago. Google has ' issue' prefilled bad data, and so it changes it. I really don't want this app, but if I have to keep it so be it. This just my game phone. CCleaner sucks on phone, great on computer.
2024-10-15 | Nerf Popular Productions | Had premium subsription for 2 years. Cleaning was mediocre - took several tried to clean all apps. Blurry photos improvement tool resulted in deleting my photos instead (total loss ... not sure why... don't think i did anything wrong though). Recently i wanted to see if any of those resolved. Selected to watch the video for premuum cleaning - completed watching but still no cleaning performed... not even basic one for free goes through...loops me back to cleaning menu options page
2024-10-15 | Jennifer | Everytime I open this app to clean my phone, it's always having me go into my settings so I can allow for permissions. Well every single time it's saying it's malfunctioning. I paid for the subscription and Everytime I try to contact someone I get no response or I have to send them information that Ive already sent them or I can't send them what they are asking. I am not too happy as this has been going on for Over 2 months. I've uninstalled and installed many times. FIX THIS PLEASE!! |
