The app is extremely glitchy when trying to search with the map feature. Enough to make you want to throw your phone. The alternative is copying and pasting the address into Google maps which is just as annoying. Very frustrating shortcoming in what could be such a great app.

Andy Oberdier, 2024-11-25The UI is a little wonky. It doesn't update my edits. It deleted entire sections I wrote in detail about my property. It deleted my listing of close by hospitals and schools. It listed I don't accept pets when I do. It does, however, receive and alert of emails from potential guest requests. The UI could be better. Hopefully it will improve in the future.

Michelle Persaud, 2024-11-18The tech could really use some iterating.... but that's been harped on already. I have issues with the fact that this platform touts they only connect hosts with guests. Meaning they don't hold anyone accountable at all. Guests can move in, and there really is no obligation to pay. Then, said squatter CAN leave a 1-star review.. and guess what else.. they easily create false accounts and leave more 1-star reviews because there's no security that blocks them from doing so. Support was helpful.
