I want to give more stars, but when I try to send a picture, it constantly tells me that the file can't load, and is saved to my drafts. When I go to my drafts folder it's not there. Some pictures will go through, but others won't. Please fix this issue for me, it's highly frustrating to say the least. Also it will tell me that the other person is online when they're not, and "last seen an hour ago" when they ARE online.

I am new to Spike and enjoying its many features. I absolutely love having fewer emails and more organization. It's efficient to be able to directly access conversations in message form. I'm still trying to figure out how to manage multiple emails under one umbrella but, I'm sure I'll figure it out. Highly recommend this app, especially if you're looking for more organization.

Update: now you can only have 1 email address unless you upgrade. OG: Really visually appealing and efficient to use! My only problem is that messages with pics often won't send. I'm not sure if it might just be because I'm using cell data which is a little slower than what the app needs? Just wish that the message would send slowly but still send, rather than saying "can't send" so quickly. I end up just having to use another mail app to send sometimes.

UPDATE: After speaking with the Spike team and showing them different examples, they did agree that it was a bug. The responsiveness and professionalism was a great experience. The bug does unfortunately still exist in certain circumstances and they are working on it. Beautiful, easy to read...but you can't copy and paste specific sections of messages from the phone. I received a travel email with a telephone number I needed to call and couldn't copy and paste the number. That's a big miss!

Great app. The best in reducing clutter. There is still some room for improvement. There are times, for example, when it groups emails it does not take you to the most recent email. Instead you have to scroll down to find the most recent email. Maybe the developer could include an option where the most recent email comes up first so user have the flexibility to choose the option that works best for them. Love the app still.

The app is good but there are a few key issues that make me consider not using it (Samsung flip user): 1. The app doesn't have a way to mark as spam 2. The app doesn't work when trying to look at deleted emails. Deleted emails won't load properly 3. There needs to be an easy forward button, and the swiping to delete or archive is anti-intuitive. 4. Its not easy to copy text, it often copies the entire email instead of letting you select a few lines of text.

So far I am loving the email application but it's so much more than email. You have the chat version of email, notes, video and audio calling and even a calendar. I have tried many email apps in the last few weeks and this one is outstanding. It's very stable and.8 hope that continues because the apps start out stable but begin to have bug's very soon but so far no.bigs in this app. Keep up the good work. Thanks team.

Great concept but poor execution. Similar to O365's clutter setting. App is still beta quality at best but they want to charge for it. Uninstalling as it still can't be used to send attachments from other apps into spike. K-9, outlook and gmail apps all work fine. Don't waste your time or money if attaching from within other applications is a requirement for you.

I love this app. It's very unique from the others and more productive. I send emails faster now since it looks like a chat haha. It takes some get used to but once you're used to it, I feel I can't go back to traditional clients anymore (they seem so inefficient especially when referring back an old email in the same thread). There are quite a few minor things to improve though, but customer support is very responsive and helpful. Very happy with it overall. Looking forward to future updates.

I've been waiting years for an app like this for Smartphones and computers; something substantially different, but yet retains the same functionality as traditional email clients. I've just only begun to use it, but so far I really like it. UPDATE: After updating to Android 11, the app lost functionality. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it appears to be working now.
