The app is now working and has loaded all my previous slide scans. I didn't want to uninstall the app but decided to and that did work. Original review. It was working perfectly until I decided to purchase the app and now it just crashes every time I try to open it. That happened directly after my purchase. I have even restarted my phone and cleared the cache like it suggests. I'll keep trying but might need a refund. Also I now can't access the 40 or so slides that I have scanned.

Difficult to hold slide at correct height (2" above white background on flattened laptop screen) even with holdi phone (pixel 8) with their arm. Sometimes didn't see scanned slides on web page sent via link. Some scan results were grainy. Slide border included in some scans. No response from 2 msgs to support. Giving up.

The app worked quite well with slides that had plenty of natural light but didn't work with slides that included shadows or poorer light. I paid for a month's subscription but won't be extending. The Kodak app, which is free, worked much better, but still not great. A good idea, but probably requires something that is more fit for purpose for useful results.
