Only problem with this is there is no way to track the shipping/it always comes late. There have been 3 times when I had to get a refund because my order never came, you just gotta be careful with it I guess. |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | I was a customer for a long time, & spent lots of my kdg teacher salary on photos for my students. FreePrints made small mistakes over years, which I overlooked because I loved FreePrints. UNFORTUNATELY, this last order was over $300 and took me ALL DAY to review and place. I always choose matte finish, since it shows less fingerprints. ALL of the thousands of photos this time came back glossy. 2 boxes. I contacted customer service repeatedly, and my choices are a refund or accept inferiority. |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | Update to my review, though I love this app, I am exceptional bummed by how cheap the new canvases are. I got one in 2021, very thick, no glare or shine and so sharp! The one I just got is thin, shiny and pixilated even though it was a crisp original photo. Will not purchases my canvases from here anymore. 2021-Love this app, I miss having photo albums to go through memories, cheap to get 85 pics a month and only pay shipping. also get to crop and fix photos. |

| 2024-10-28 |  | | I got free shipping with 30 photos with the first order and then they started charging large amounts for your shipping, including, free photos, free canvas photo, and every other "free product" they offered. So basically they are putting the price of the product in the shipping charge. I gave 2 stars because the original free photos were beautiful. I really did enjoy them. |
| 2024-10-28 |  | | Photos come out excellent almost to good to be true right! 85 photos. It's like magic!! Pick order published and in no time it's at your door. Plus you can order a book of your favorite pictures. Books last forever to. And say you work and photo jounaling is a great way to set up your photos in the book. Looks professional. |

I have ordered from them 3 or 4 times now and they NEVER disappoint! The quality of the pictures and regular magnets I've ordered were amazing! My only problem was they're magnet strip collage was grainy, but for the price I'll take it. I'm always so happy when I get to see my memories in my hand and not just on my phone! Love this app. Will order again. |

You may get a good deal with them compared to competitors or a terrible deal depending on how much you order. If you want 25 "Free" photos, you won't find a better place to order it, but if you want 80 "Free" photos, you' can find better deals elsewhere. |

| 2024-09-17 |  | | Well, the free one was perfect, beautiful collage of my daughter from baby to age 6but the one I paid for never showed. They did immediately send out a reprint when I went through customer service, but the cropping cut off just about every picture, one of which literally only shows the window above where my daughter was, and I have a scalp less baby picture. 🙃 Hopefully that's not the norm, but we'll see what happens when I bring it to their attention. |
