Does not fully function. Tried to make payments a couple times via mobile, and it will not go through, just says internal error. Cannot download my current cards via mobile either, cause I gotta share all my personal info with 3 other 3rd party application and no reason given to justify it. Sticking with PC, since the mobile developers are lacking. So far all the app does is supply information, and that's the extent of its usefulness.

Check your policy, don't assume that you have the coverage that you signed up for or that your rates are accurate. We added coverage, paid more and then discovered that in fact we didn't have it. After a year we expected a discount, instead our rates without a claim, on time payments and being subjected to their inaccurate drivers app were charged MORE! I wouldn't want to go through a crisis with Progressive. Definitely don't trust them. Got other family members to cancel their policies too.

Not Very Confident. Very Erratic. Many times the app records only partial trips and/or shows that I took a route that was different from what I actually drove. Furthermore when I drive my wife's car, the app records the trip as me being the passenger. How does it make this determination? I'm certain that I was behind the wheel because I was alone in the car. I would find this quite amusing, but my concern is that my insurance rates might very well be "dinged" due to a poorly engineered app.

no way to look at cards on file as to figure out why a payment might possibly have gone awry, in spite of money being in the bank. "comment" box is broken. Kinda like Google Play, it refuses to put capital letters. further, it acts like someone mislabeled it as a web address box or some rubbish. "Contact Us" is hidden. they don't want to actually help on the phone. often their AI doesn't work properly and one has to chat with a human anyways to resolve the problem.

The app is ok, but if you do pretty much anything it redirects to the website, so it's mostly pointless. I would avoid the "Snapshot" garbage. It creates fictional events, and also they have no idea how merging on and off the highway safely works. Using Snapshot forces you to drive dangerously slow if you have a short on-ramp it's a complete scam designed to increase rates on safe drivers.

Bill goes up yearly mysteriously ("your saving $")! Really 6$ (~10%) per month for installment fee!?! I 馃挱 GainsCo was 馃挬y for charging 4$. I'd pay in full but Credit 馃挸 has ~30% interest. That's nearly as bad! ?, why is Bill $12 more per mo. than my 6mo quote? What's up w/ extra 6$? So much 4 having this ins over 3yrs! Can't get 5yr continuous b/c I had another provider 2yrs prior to Progressive! 馃槨 App still doesn't have dark mode! The main UI could have this while cards & other don't.

Driving analysis needs severe work. flags me for "hard braking" ALL THE TIME when I very rarely brake hard. I drive an SUV and a Miata and prefer them to last as long as possible (nearly 200k on each) and have never been in an accident - no one that has ever ridden with me has ever said they noticed "hard braking" while I drive. The other major problem is it likes to flag you for "phone use" no matter what you do. Whether the phone is in hands free mode, or used as GPS. Complete BS.

Snapshot ruins your phone! Snapshot is not legit and gives you a negative score even when you're not the one driving! It makes you never able to use the battery optimization or battery saver on your phone as well. This causes unnecessary data to run and is against clean energy! Why should insurance force environmental problems or charge you significantly more money if you don't??? Also, if you don't remember to open the app often enough, it will remove snapshot. Terrible!

The app is generally great, intuitive, and user friendly. However, I signed up for home owners insurance and I cannot maintain my home owners insurance through the app. In addition, I signed up for Snapshot in order to reduce my rates, and it is a bit ridiculous in how it judges driving. Both my and my spouse's driving have 5* ratings, but it's very difficult to maintain those ratings. I receive highly debatable and questionable negative marks, and there's no way to dispute their validity.

The snapshot tool is absolutely 馃挴 inaccurate and useless. NO matter where I have my phone.. CONSISTENTLY, my events for each drive are phone usage.. My car is a new model that has everything on the dash. My husband, who goes 5 under the speed limit, gets events like hard breaking and fast acceleration..We've only had progressive for a few months. I'll see if this is worth the stress.. I'm thinking not
