| 2024-11-22 |  | | I don't understand why this app leaves unnecessary notifications on mobile recharge. I recharged my phone for a year and I recieve notification every time for monthly recharge when I clearly have over 10 months of talktime. God knows why they want to disturb people. I might as well try out Amazon pay or GPay at this rate and see if there's anything better |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Good and Simple to use App. PhonePe should add an option/feature of downloading excel file of the payments done while using PhonPe app so user can sort/filter and analyse the expenses by the notes he/she add during payment. It may help in analysing the budget vs expenses. Thank You. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | Basic app not recommended. I used this app and wallet for last 9 years for 100s of thousands of transaction but I think it has 100s of shortcomings. I'll be moving away from this app. No wallet to other app wallet transaction you have to use your account. Not binded with irctc wallet. (And many more places) After 100 months if this company can't provide good service then what a shame to this company and people. Aah thoo! Tens of app available with better service and functionality. |

Whenever I search for prepaid plans, it always says "could not load". Even after clearing the catche, It just not loads, I have to re-download the whole app, login again to make it work. Please fix this and I'll give it a 5 star :) |

I am not able to find the payment button or repayment button. It would be very helpful you if you provide a repayment button on previous made payment history |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | Dear PhonePe Support, I recently received an amount of ₹15,000 from a family member through PhonePe. However, when I attempted to transfer the same amount back to the same person using the same UPI ID, the amount was debited from my account but was not credited to the recipient's account. I am shocked by this issue, as the transfer was made to the same UPI ID. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter at the earliest? Feel free to contact me for any additional information. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | The option to obtain statement for Custom Date Range is not functional. When I select the date range in CUSTOM DATE RANGE and select proceed the app freezes. The question mark button On the REQUEST STATEMENT SCREEN IS not functional. When everything works and I don't see any statement in my inbox. And the raise tickets is not possible as there is no option. |

I'm facing a problem I'm not able to upload a profile pic on my account I have connect with phone support through twitter but they are not able to solve this issue or app related bug . If anybody from dev team seen this please don't suggest me to clear my app data or try in another device I have done this several times but I found this bug in my specific account. Please resolve this. |
| 2024-11-09 |  | | I'm happy as a user of the application, but the only catch is that it's very often that the transaction fails due to server issue. I'm not able to rely on this application, I have to carry cash along with me just in case this app ends up in transaction failure. kindly look into this issue, it's really frustrating sometimes especially when ur an everyday user. |
| 2024-11-09 |  | | This is a good app through which money can be sent easily, a new point has been added to it for buying gold, but add one more thing to it so that you can turn it on or off for any number of days whenever you want. And also add the schemes of the Indian government to it so that customers will have an even better experience. Please discuss this. Thank you. |
