2021-10-27 | Amanda Clayton | FYI anyone who has android tv u have to uninstall updates from the tv in the settings then apps then scroll till u see Android Remote System and uninstall updates and this remote will work if u don't have a remote connect a mouse and it will allow u to get there apps now is working great since I did the steps above thanks | |

After every time I start the app I have to manually search and select the TV to make it work, even if the correct IP is set manually. It's ruined the app totally. | |

2019-12-11 | A Google user | These televisions are trash. Always having connection problems, the app won't detect the TV, and customer service was trash. I've never experienced such terrible tech support. She offered absolutely no help, not even one attempt at troubleshooting, not one procedure, and basically said that without the remote, I'm stuck, since there's no way to switch from letters to numbers to input the wifi password, and the password unfortunately must contain numbers, otherwise I would have changed it. | |
2019-08-09 | A Google user | App wouldn't connect to my Philips smart TV no matter how many times I tried. reset the TV, reconnected to wifi multiple times and even put in the ip and it just says I have to be on the same network as my phone for my TV and I've reconnected my phone as well to the 1 wifi we have. not worth the trouble even installing. |
