The only confirmation of your tickets is the email sent to you. Also because your tickets don't pop up in the app, you can't reschedule them if you have to. I needed to reschedule my ticket this past weekend and I ended up having to buy a whole new ticket. | |

2021-12-04 | Alexa Smythe | Got this just to exchange one ticket for another a week later. Even as a guest, I was able to get it done quickly, so that was nice. A word of warning, if your initial payment appears to fail, double check your email. I did this and found that the purchase had actually gone through the first time. Anyway, no idea why it couldnt just be done online, though the app was definitely ok for this purpose. |
