App is terrible and will not allow to control mattress firmness. Ridiculous not to have multiple device capability, Alall other competitors allow multiple device control, ridiculous.
Black screen when I open the app now. But in the 2 years I've had the bed, it never connected. It normally says that my bed can't connect and I need to power cycle. But that fails every time. Stay away from this company.
Claims Bluetooth is disabled when it's not disabled. Claims it needs permissions for Bluetooth when it doesn't ask for permissions for Bluetooth. The app is non-functional in this state.
