| 2024-12-17 |  | | I Have the VIP service on two devices and worked fine until two days ago when most of the apps greyed out. No way to access them or add new ones despite accounts being active. Since then I have tried to contact them (2 email addresses, Feedback forms, Directly on FB page and also via FB messenger). I saw today they have released an update so deleted on my phone and reinstalled which deleted my previous files but still won't load apps to set them up again. I Very dissatisfied! |

Eg price of 2 year membership. __2. it doesn't sync membership across my multiple devices which seems unfair having already paid. Seemingly only 1 device can have VIP for the same account. Extremely unreasonable to expect us to pay a membership fee for each device. Should be universal across all my devices. Every other app does this. __Will improve my rating when these are improved upon. |
| 2024-12-07 |  | | Suuuper buggy. I would clone Discord and after opening it a few times my device would heat up so much and Discord would sometimes straight up freeze or force close. Tried cloning other apps too like Tokopedia for purchasing things related to work (different Tokopedia account) and the app would not even open. |

Haven't found a single bug yet and I've been using it for about 4 months now. I do wish there was a dark mode and a way to organize or rearrange icons from the main screen for the cloned apps, but everything else is so great those are just wishes and not worth deducting any stars; still a 5 star app. |

| 2024-11-18 |  | | Was working earlier today but has stopped letting open cloned app, I have tried clearing cache but that didn't seem to work either. It also doesn't open up the cloned app straight from the shortcut, goes into the app first. I really hope to find a fix because I feel this is one of the better cloning apps. Edit: Restarting my phone has seemed to fix it, but it may not be a permanent fix for these issues. |

What I'm concerned is about my one month subscription already ending yesterday and me unable to cancel it thru Google subscription (or able to find it). It didn't pay me tho but I'm still worried. |
