User reviews
I am unable to view about 20% of my class's required textbook in the mobile app as any pages with video content display only a blank screen. I understand bugs happen, but what makes this deserving of one star is that I requested help with this issue over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.

Pick your poison, I guess. Either use a web browser and be able to highlight numbers and bolded text (which the mobile app can't do), or use the mobile app and have easy access on the go. Do NOT, for any reason, try to go back and forth between both. Highlighting something in the mobile app will cause the internet client to freak out and highlight everything in the entire section, delete your existing highlights, and sometimes make text on the page unreadable. I would not recommend it.

Glad that textbooks are available digitally. Unfortunate that the narration and navigation of these things are still but mediocre. This is one of the better publishers of the higher ed bunch, since I've also used Cengage (worst) and MBS Direct (also bad). They all charge way too much for these books to not function properly 🙄🙄
