| 2024-11-23 |  | | I paid for premium service with ads, and have not been able to watch any WWE Raw or Smackdown live shows. I've contacted support about the issue, but have not gotten a response yet. The two series I'm looking to watch have old episodes and nothing recent. I don't understand why WWE stated that in order to watch, we needed Peacock. But it doesn't work. |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Update: I learned that I only can't resume videos to cast. You know, continue watching a show. Lol. Nonsensically bad experience. When you play a video on phone with autorotate turned off, it will get into a constant loop of rotating with no end until you force close the app. I want to watch the office superfan episodes and it simply refuses to cast, even other videos play fine. Can't find what I last watched. I even reinstalled the app just to see. Nope. Truly baffling the selective bugginess. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | It's okay and I was happy until I played a movie and it has Ads. I paid for the Premium plus so I wouldn't have to watch Ads. What is the point of paying for it if you are going to put ad! If I wanted Ads I would have chosen the Basic plan. You need to fix this or stop Advertising Premium with no Ads when you obvious have them and lying to your customers. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | There REALLY needs to be a way to prevent automatically progressing to the next episode of a series (or to a completely different series if there are no unwatched episodes remaining in the one being watched). I use other apps at night for this reason. On the plus side, the fee is reasonable compared to other streaming services. There is also more (and better quality) Peacock original content than I expected ('Teacup, 'Hysteria', 'Wolf Like Me', etc.). |

I have never had an issue with any other service. Some of my favorite shows are on this app too....it's a shame....Update the app has gotten even worse. | 2024-11-13 |  | | Needs the ability to minimize and still be able to play in a smaller window like YouTube TV or Paramount plus. Lists need to be able to split into movies and shows. Also needs the ability to jump right to a watch list and see everything versus swiping over and then looking. 11/13/24 By far one of the best streaming apps . They are on par with HBO Max. Keep it up! |
| 2024-11-10 |  | | When I tried to open the NASCAR championship today, the app said it was paid, and they had a problem loading our subscription. It worked fine on my phone and iPad, but not on TV. Very frustrating!! When it works, we love Peacock. I changed payment and got the message, "The item has already been purchased for this account." BUT, I still can't watch!!!! Message says, "WE'RE HAVING TROUBLE LOADING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. . . ANDVTAKES ME BACK TO SUBSCRIPTION SCREEN. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!! |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | Of the streaming apps, it is one of the least well organized. :/ It has a messy/chaotic appearance, is harder to navigate to what you usually watch or want to watch, it lags, and it auto-plays random previews of recommended shows/movies (and at high volume) which then slows down the interface and makes it even harder to navigate to your chosen media as it tries to re-route you elsewhere. It's annoying and poor quality. BUT, has better show/movie offerings than Hulu. |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | Excellent selection of movies, but ridiculous GUI... i.e., there are categories for Horror and Thriller/Mystery, but selecting either category lists almost the same selections.... So, to select a movie in the Mystery category, you will see it cluttered with dozens and dozens of Horror movies... Ridiculous! Why list a Horror movie in a different category when it has its own category.... Doesn't it make sense that if I wanted to watch a Horror movie, I would search in THAT category? |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | Update: still very very very laggy on PLEs I don't understand my connection is fine but yet here I am watching crown jewel and it's like watching the TV have a bad seizure;;;;!!! it won't keep up it keeps lagging and when you try to back out and see if it can fix itself you end up missing a lot. I just want to watch ple's with no interruption but it's impossible! I will gladly up my star rate once I can actually watch a live ple and enjoy watching it without all the lagging. |
