Had to start over. After the review screen it refers to the location bu store number not address so you can't confirm it is the same address you are driving to on Google maps. Store number is not important to the customer. I want to know the address. | |

App keeps giving "street address and postal code do not match" error on any card I try, despite never asking for either at any point using the app. Tried sending a message through UNO's contact us online, as that is the only method of support they provide. Two weeks later, the error persists and havent got a word back. Money is better spent at restaurants with existent communication ability. | |
2024-04-13 | Jim Patzer | Sitting in the Uno parking lot right now. Went to check the app. Says I don't have an account. I don't remember. Tried signing up. Annoying process. Makes me pick a favorite location, sorted by location number. How do I find the location I actually go to in this mess of a stupid list? Picked one at random. Then I try to opt out of spam email. That makes it impossible to complete sign up. Either "opt in" or pound sand. I choose the latter. I'm leaving and spending my money at a better restaurant. | |
2024-01-01 | Cory Walls | Says my card information isn't correct and can't complete checkout. I have deleted and added cards 3 times, all without success. Also, you cannot scan cards either. The camera pulls up and you can see your card, but it will not scan or save. Also, the menu is not updated, at least for the restaurant closest to me. Dessert items are different. I had to call my order in since the card would not save and the woman said the dessert item I wanted was discontinued. This app sucks. | |

Even though I did not get my rewards points, like 800 I think, even though I was told they were credited to my account. they went to somebody else's account, because obviously I have no points! the pizza is awesome the Primavera pizza, oh my God! damn it's awesome and so is the Uno! of course no mushrooms! 2023-10-30 | Clever Chimp | Finally got it functioning well enough but I don't see a special request field to add requests such as "well done" or add a tip. While it's possible to tip cash at pickup I don't always have the correct amount. And having to follow up with a phone call with special instructions defeats the app efficiency. Otherwise, well done. 2023-10-13 | Rxxx Axxx | Constantly nags to turn on location for geofencing every time I open the app. Guess what -- no restaurant app needs to know my location, ever, as I'm never going to order delivery. There's no way to disable the nagging. Also cannot order a pizza to bake at home, even though my server in store told me that was possible. I live too far away for a fully cooked carry out to be any good. | |
