D K		 Same problem as others. You enter the credit card information, hit pay, and you get an "invalid authentication token" message and you can't pay or placecthe order.

Outdoor Dude		 Error: invalid grant. Uninstalling then reinstalling the app fixed it. Now working fine.

corvair1320		 The app stopped working. Was giving a "invalid gateway" message. After uninstalling and reinstalling it now works again. When it works its greak for browsing the menu and placing orders, plus the rewards.
