Was told to wait longer for food! Unacceptable! Further, they didn't have what I ordered so what was offered meant pricing differences. The 2nd was a NM style with no tomatoes, got another regular lotaburger with everything on it, one patty. Both burgers are wrong. Then when I called in, no one answered. I stayed on hold until the recording stopped replaying and it was just a beep. The morning crew at this location does great but the evening crew just doesn't care. |
