| 2024-11-16 |  | | Bring some backup quarters. Expect it to mess up often and take long to load but it will eventually do most of the job. Just about half the time I use this I need to add a physical quarter because when I selected and payed for a normal or heavy load, it only funded the machine for a light or normal load. All around a lot of hiccups and poorly built app but it mostly does what they say it does |

This service is so needed, so convenient, so great, even greater is that you can keep track your clothes are in the washer or dryer, so you can do what you gotta do and come back if you want, just love this! |

The manager where I live has requested fixes, with no response. I have tried to myself. All I get is the app telling me "Try another machine. " That is not acceptable when all the machines are in use!! |

Those "free" credits.. most don't work, there is no one to contact to get due credits aren't awarded And when a machine malfunctions, I never get a refund. |

Would like to see the app updated where it gives you other increment options besides .25 cents. The machines at the location I use requires up to an additional .25 cents - $4.00 based on the washing option you choose (adding extra washing for heavy cleaning or deep cleaning of laundry). |

I have spent almost $40 in here (first and last time)& went to inquire about first purchase free and "chat" said doesn't apply to me bc I have already purchased((???)) 2 of my 3 dryers I've paid for triple bc the 2nd and 3rd time's went thru on my card's end (OF COURSE!) but somehow the dryers were napping and didn't get the "paid" alert. SO I had to come pay again for one and twice more for the other. I don't suggest using an app. Old fashioned 100! |
| 2024-09-24 |  | | The app works okay, the timer isn't always accurate and the stars "credit" system that they have does not work. Over time, you get stars for doing laundry and then can use it towards a load. I had a $3 off coupon from the stars and when I applied it, it didn't work and didn't show up in my transaction, it just disappeared and when i went to the help chat, it wanted me to find the transaction. That was the problem, the stars coupon just disappeared after i tried to redeem it. |

It would be nice to be able to add more than 25 cents at a time when topping up dryer time. Other than that, this is a fantastic app. So much better than having to run out and buy quarters, which can't be done anymore anyway because of coin shortages. Makes doing my mom's laundry soooooooo much easier! Extended review: wish there was a way to communicate with the machine owner through the app. |

Was able to select the machine was was going to use. Did the little slide option to confirm. Money was deducted from my account and then nothing. I may try again but it seems like this app is more concerned with taking money and providing frustration in return rather than convenience. Beware, you have been warned. |
| 2024-09-15 |  | | Interface sucks, inconsistent design decisions, it doesn't keep machine status accurately, I have to right by the machine, I can't custom load my account, I have to resend to increase time instead of just picking, it froze when first signing up, other stuff but that's the immediate junk. There is plenty of other junk. Apps like this make me mad as a former android dev. It's not designed for Android either. I'm out of space to write more. Exactly what u get when they hate their customers. |
