2024-11-24 | Tahseen R | I am a Platinum user of Pathao and they suspended my account on accusation that 'I have not paid for a food delivery' How have the transaction gone through if I didn't pay? And why did the delivery man leave without covering the full payment right? Now I cannot show any proof cause they disabled my account and I paid In cash. Now they are accusing me to pay double the charge of that order to reactivate my account. Honestly, PRETTY DAMN SHAME. Asking for more money for a crime I did not commit. | |

Why would you force someone to pay online? Why are you forcing your customers to hate you? Whoever is comfortable with cash will pay in cash and whoever wants to pay digitally will pay digitally. After waiting for 1.5 hrs after their call, I called to the helpline & cancelled my pick-up request for parcel. Seriously you guys should learn that time is valuable for some of us. I will never use pathao again & also discourse everyone I know about using this app. Shame on you! | |

I was surprised by this charge as I was not informed about any such policy beforehand. I believe it would be helpful if Pathao clarifies its rules regarding luggage fees to avoid confusion for passengers in the future. | |

But now, Pathao is unusable for me. Because Pathao added drivers can bid for rides when we put a request, they ask for almost every time extra from Original fare. For example, original Fare was 180 TK. Riders asking fare is 400 TK. What kind of nonsense is this. | |

Meanwhile, all the other services I used till now has option to opt out of promotional notifications. Because of their such evil business practice, I haven't used Pathao from a very long time and I use Uber instead. | |

The lack of a support team to address these issues makes for a terrible experience. I won’t be using Pathao again unless this improves. Zero stars. | |

I gave permission but then started getting notification that has nothing to do with my interests. Kind of annoying and that's why I am using Uber most of the times. |
