App breaks for days at a time. A couple of months ago all sign ins got stuck on mobile. Last 48 hours I cannot sign into the Android app when I can sign in with the same information on a laptop.

I love Password Boss. it's changed my life. It's great when I am using a computer. The app has real problems though. One of the biggest is that it doesn't seem to sync. At any other computer, new passwords sync instantly. On the app, not so much. Once the password is in the app (often I do this manually), I have to bounce back and forth from the app to a log in, because it only wants to capture a new password. I hope that one is a setting. Syncing needs to be fixed though.

1) Desktop works well 2) Mobile: hit or miss. When there weren't free managers out there that did a great job Password Boss was fantastic but now... It doesn't really provide anything that the free versions don't. PS-The recent update borked everything including search function not always working, the app closing down, & having to use a 2fa sign in every single time the app is opened. *I said the first time that "the recent update" was to blame/issue **Issue persists

When it works, it works great. Recently quit working on my phone, yet still works fine on computer and tablet.

App is unusable on my Galaxy S23. Loads with an error message, nothing clicks, won't swipe, unresponsive. Edit 1: Just cleared cache and data, relogged in again, closed all apps. Still unresponsive to the point that it is useless. I am using it for work and will be uninstalling it now. Slowest app I have used in years. It literally jitters when trying to scroll.

No reviews here since 2022. Really used to like Password Boss, but a few months ago I reported that the app would change a url so that it will not connect to a page. I was told "we'll make an appointment to get into your computer to see what's going on". NOT GOING TO BROWSE MY COMPUTER! I CAN DUPLICATE THE ISSUE ON OTHER COMPUTERS. No answer to the phone number (been leaving msgs for 2 wks) SAME # AS SALES, (IMAGINE THAT)! HAS NOT BEEN FIXED, (AT LEAST SINCE MAY 2024. 4 MONTHS AGO).

on the desktop this is an excellent app, on mobile devices it doesn't alerts present the credentials when you get to a login page or open an app that you have a login for.

The app in the play store is not set up the same way as the app for the computer. Passwords are organized into folders. On the computer app, all passwords are displayed alphabetically so it is easy to locate passwords. On the app, all shared passwords are only displayed in the folders so it's impossible to find anything when you need a password quickly. Give the option of switching the view in the app so it matches the computer version!

Been using it for 2 years, work exactly as described. All password one place, no need to save password in browser's. Also using secure notes for more personal data. Sometimes it can be glitch but always click on the passwordboss popup or icon for enabling it to enter password on your behalf. Thanks.
