He urdu version is I guess for satirical purpose only, as it involves everything in english except on the right side of the screen. Keep pressing and nothing will happen. Kudos to the team who made it. |

I finally had multiple ticket agents at the airport try it themselves. Two had the same issue I did, and the other had it working within minutes. He was familiar with the app and said it either works or it doesn't, really no rhyme or reason. Fix this. Please. Or stop requiring that travelers use this app when it's so unreliable. |

He called me to try and help him, i managed to download the app after a few tries and registered him which took a good 25 mins. Luckily the check in counter would accept a screenshot from my phone as proof he had registered. So much stress which could be avoided by a user friendly system. A ridiculous app that literally stops people from being able to get their flights |

I would fire the person who approved this app to go live. Each time you travel, you have to enter the same basic information like the CNIC and the Passport details etc. The server app could not talk to the server on a number of occasions. |

Emirates airline refused to give me the boarding pass without the ID number from this sluggish app. I had to rescheduled my flight for another day. Why incompetent gov. staff have a manual checking alternative when app is not working? They must have a manual checks at Pakistan airports on arrival when app does not work. |

It was a very embarrassing situation as i was at boarding counter at Riyadh airport and the guy said it is mandatory, you can not travel without it. Thankfully Website worked and id was created from their. Developers should seriously look into this issue. |

Like everything else and like the govt of pakistan this app is broken and useless. Have some pride in your work and fix this ridiculous app that you're expecting everyone travelling to use. |
