| 2024-10-30 |  | | The ability to 'select all' and have all messages deleted isn't working as it should. There was point where I could keep recording while navigating notes and the recording stops the minute I step off the app...its versatility really tanked. |
| 2023-11-13 |  | | I actually like the app, but I'm an android user & wanted you to know that since recently, each time I send a kate (even if it's the full 4 mins or 3 mins), it allows me to record then when I hit send, there's a message that pops up saying, "the message is too short" then dismisses the messages. I can't report my Core activities nor communicate with my team nor my mentor & coach. Please fix this, I cleared the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled, it didn't resolve the issue. |
| 2023-09-20 |  | | My account locked me out. Tried reseting my password but still locked me out. Also make sure you cancel if you don't want the service. They still charge you if your card expires or if it is a bad card. The service does not automatically cancel. Make sure you read the terms and conditions. There are other better free communication apps out there in my opinion. Plus app does get buggy. |

On occasion when I record an audio to send out to my business partner, it shows the countdown from 4 minutes but when I hit pause recording it doesn't save any of the audio I made. Then I unpause the audio to try talking more but it only saves the second part, not from the beginning. Extremely annoying when I can't save audios because of it. But it does work more often than not, and I otherwise find the app helpful. |
| 2023-01-10 |  | | Great app overall, however recently it won't allow me to auto-play the messages in my inbox (at least with a Bluetooth connected) and it won't allow my Bluetooth devices to skip, pause, or play the messages either. Was Also taking awhile to send messages but that may be fixed now. Other than that, great job. Please fix those things for us and definitely worth a 5 star. Updated: fixed and works great! |
| 2022-05-08 |  | | Very annoying to use because of how many bugs are in it. Trying to make 4 minute messages in a timely manner is hard enough when you tend to go over the time limit most of the time but also when trying to cut the message back to make things fit and make sense the record button just doesnt work after cutting so i need to start all over again and remember exactly what i said. And thats only 1 out of the dozons of bugs i find. Just an absolute buggy mess of an app! Why would i keep paying for this. |
| 2021-08-12 |  | | 03/11/21: This definitely beats using the phone to listen to the messages, and having to memorize what number to press for which action 😆 The one and only thing that really bothers me is the way the screen turns off and on while playing a message. Would you be able to at least make that an option in settings or something? 08/12/21: Could you maybe add payment options in app? |
| 2021-06-27 |  | | Works great on android in the states, except it would be nice to be able to download a set number of calls to listen to while offline. The app has been 100% useless on wifi from Qatar. Loads forever then says apparently connection has been lost and closes. No ability to reach back, no suggestions for fixing it. I can access Kate from a website over vpn, but no speed controls, generally more cumbersome to use. I feel like I'm paying for a gym membership two states away from me. |
| 2021-05-17 |  | | I love being able to send voice messages so quickly however, I need to be able to continue recording my message while I veer away from the app. I used to be able to do that so I can read something out while recording on my android but no more. Now, if your screen times out and goes black or you go to read something pulled up on another app on your phone, the recording stops right away. Please fix this! |
| 2021-04-28 |  | | This app definitely needs to be updated or at least fix the bugs that I'm currently facing haven't received anything in my inbox or received any voice message for a few days I do use an Android phone I have always found this tool to be extremely useful it seems to be that iPhone users have a better experience please make an upgrade for people that also use Android thanks |
