This is without a doubt, the worst application I have ever used. The application can't find my email within their servers. When I try to change the password, it gives me an error saying I don't have an account already made but when I try to make a new account it says I have an account made with my current email. Their customer service also is clueless and act like they don't even know their own services they provide. The application crashes too many times as well.

Invasive, garbage app for a mid service. It demands constant location access (even when not in use) for zero customer-facing benefit. 3 guesses what they do with your valuable, private data... Also, the package locker barcode scanners can't read screens, so you have to type an 8-digit number to access your stuff. The app provides exactly zero benefit over an email, and harvests lots of data. Avoid if you can. Oh, also: more often than not, you get packages for the wrong address

It's ok.. displays code but I can get that in a text as well, iPhone version is actually useful since you can remote open locker, android version you get an annoying pop-up to turn on Bluetooth only but no functionality, unless connecting to my neighbor tv is gonna open the locker. Update: With new updates it got worse, standing here typing my number and not receiving text with a pin.
