I started the free trial hoping to use this for my lab. Set up my library on the browser/laptop. Then tried to use the apps. But the apps for Android and iOS don't seem to work for downloading papers. I've tried on my phone (Google pixel) and on my husband iPad. Same issue. I set up the proxy for my institution but when I click "download" on papers it asks if I want to sync, I say yes, but then nothing happens and the PDFs never download. Going to find another solution and sad I wasted the time

The web version is great, but the Android app is so bad. If you cannot develop a nice app, just allow the users to use the web on their android devices. Currently it forces the users to install the app. I would rather save the webpage as a chrome shortcut on my home screen, than deal with the app. The sync feature is very bad. I find it super irritating. You read a research paper, highlight things on it and close the app, it doesn't save any of the highlighted content! I mean seriously!!!

If I were purely rating based on the web application, I would give 4-5stars. The android app leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest problem is that it just periodically (and consistently) refuses to update with sources that you have added via the web app. I have source articles that I downloaded months ago that simply will not appear in the android app. If you're main use will be on a PC I can't say enough good things about it. It's decent enough, but the sync issue really hurts its usefulness.
