Un-installed, reinstalled, logged out, and logged back in multiple times with nothing working, not even the repair. Support teams both in and out of the game have not been helpful. |

I've deleted and re-download the app, I've restarted the game, I've checked settings, I've checked app permissions, I've restarted my phone, I've turned sound off and on again to see if it would fix anything, and I've pressed the repair button on the start screen to no avail. Every time I open the app and explore it there is no sound anywhere within it. I don't know what to do and honestly this is ruining my experience. |

Edit I unstailed it then reinstalled it but now I know I was not supposed too and the game won't work says there is an error and it's happening to many right now. Just curious when it could be fixed. It's a beautiful game with gorgeous graphics and designs. But it's not newbie friendly and verrrrry overwhelming. I've been playing for awhile but have stopped bc I cannot afford it. | 2024-10-11 |  | | I've been playing this game for a long time. I go on and off but what I'm very satisfied with this game is the never-ending great events and dresses it produces for you character. Even though you pay or don't pay, you still get something from the events with patience. The dresses with good scores are not limited to the event ones. You just need to be creative! I like this so much that I can't wait for Infinity Nikki with the same concept learning more about Miraland! Keep it up devs! |

Conveniently I'm unable to contact the devs because the game requires update and the message blocks me from accessing the help desk. Wish I could give minus stars. Edit: after one day (and update) it's compatible again. There are still connectivity issues on server part, and the game is full of microtransactions. All this aside it's a good game, f2p friendly - there are ways to get gems, free outfits are good |

There have been little issue with each one UNTIL THIS UPDATE. I can no longer log in via Facebook, which has all my info, AND-even though support says it's lighting- it's clear they've lightened the darkest skintones. I went in game and changed every lighting setting I had access to and NOTHING CHANGED. |
| 2024-09-21 |  | | The engine upgrade is very disappointing. The lighting and colors are completely out of wack. Everything is either too bright and washed out, or too dark. The shaders clearly need adjustment. The textures on some clothing items makes them look completely different than before, and too many white clothing items look off-white and dirty. Plus there's the issue of the severe whitwashing of the darker skintones. Honestly I have little interest in continuing to play if this doesn't get fixed. |

It's always a pleasure to see the new outfits the 3D models look amazing my only complaint has to be that sometimes my phone takes a little while to load the game and I have to close and relaunch the app but that's not a very big deal there's much more to do and you won't be overloaded with stamina unlike "Love Nikki" good story and lovely outfits however they can CAN cost quite a lot of IRL money. |
