2024-05-17 | David Hawkins | PLEASE READ: I can understand why people are upset. But I just downloaded this app in May 2024. It does work... but it's very poorly explained. For wi-fi printing you have to connect your printer to your home wifi FIRST (either by installing the drivers from your computer or directly on the printer) THEN add the printer in the app. To print directly to the printer you need to disconnect from your home wifi. You can only print directly from this app. | |

2023-02-25 | Boris Lenhardt | A 10 year old printer can connect in local network via WiFi (al mobile devices connected to home router via WiFi or ethernet can print without needing to connect exclusively to the printer). 10 years later, pantum is selling a printer without that option. And everyone at home has to connect to the printer directly. It's very very sad. Bad printer, bad app. | |

2022-07-20 | Frank Cosette | Call the Montreal support not Vancouver. The primer can work like a regular wifi printer. But the Vancouver support is so horrible they don't even understand their product. Email them and ask for the Montreal team. I wasted so much time with the BC support team. Now they seem to be trying to update their software via Samsung store even though I installed the app from Google Play. Works great now I'll definitely be careful not to let the app update. |
